Partner applications
We collect the name, email, requested storefront name and optional website or social profile submitted in the application. We store them privately to review applications and contact applicants about their storefront. Application contact consent does not enroll you in marketing emails. Approved storefront names appear publicly.
Checkout and orders
Stripe handles payment details and the delivery information used for checkout and tax calculation. Our database records product and variant identifiers, amounts, payment status and notification records. Paid orders store the recipient name and shipping address privately for fulfillment. We do not copy card numbers.
Cookies and service providers
Checkout uses a first-party cookie to associate the browser with its checkout session. Visiting a partner storefront sets a 30-day referral cookie identifying that storefront. The latest storefront visit is used for attribution when a checkout quote is created. Railway hosts the site and database; Stripe provides checkout; CJ supplies product, stock and shipping information. A shipping quote sends the selected product, quantity and destination ZIP to CJ. When we submit an order for fulfillment, its recipient name and shipping address are sent to CJ. Tracking updates are retrieved from CJ.
Contact and policy completion
Partners may save a PayPal payout email in their private dashboard. We store it privately for payment administration; entering it does not send information to PayPal or verify account ownership. For privacy questions, email fixitfindits@gmail.com. Contact us for questions about your stored information or to request its correction or deletion. Order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes and fulfillment.
